ALLERGENS and DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Here at White Label Detroit Pizza we are determined to provide you with the very best experience we can, so we need to get the basics right. Please take careful note of our allergen and dietary information. All our pizzas are hand crafted so we can accommodate almost any requirement.

Gluten – Only our focaccia bases & our Peking Duck contain Gluten. We have excellent Gluten Free bases available
Milk – Only our cheese and cakes contain Milk. We have a good alternative vegan cheese available
Soya – Only our focaccia bases and cakes contain soya
Eggs – Only our cakes, cheeseburger sauce and house ‘slaw contain eggs
Mustard – Only our cheeseburger sauce, bbq sauce and house ‘slaw contain mustard
Nuts – only our Peanut Butter Swirl Brownie contains nuts
